The Customer agrees that the booking will be automatically cancelled following 48 hours from the online booking on McDonald’s Website if the down payment is not done within the mentioned period.

1. The customer agrees to pay the restaurant 50% of the total package of the party to confirm the reservation.

2. The customer agrees that the booking will be automatically cancelled following 48 Hours of the online booking on McDonald’s website in case of the down payment is not done within the mentioned period.

3. The customer agrees that if she/he wishes to cancel the reservation for any reason, she/he will not be entitled to a refund of the reservation amount mentioned in the previous clause.

4. Adults food is additional and can be purchased at the restaurant’s regular menu price.

5. Any food items from outside the Restaurant (ex: pizza, fatayer, tabula, & other) are strictly prohibited, whether brought by the customer or the guests of the party other than the birthday cake. These food items will be kept by the Restaurant Manager, to be collected by the Customer upon departing from the Restaurant.

6. Party timings are fixed. The Customer should agree to arrive & depart from the party as per the time indicated within this contract. Should she/he arrive late to the party time, the party will end as per the specified time herein agreed upon.

7. The customer must acknowledge that he/she has carefully read and fully understands this agreement’s terms and conditions. In case of any requested modification, the customer should notify the restaurant 3 days in advance to the party date.

8. If due to any circumstances, a customer wants to cancel the booking, the customer should notify 7 days in advance.
